LBVCC has five state-of-the-art conference room in downtown Long Beach, California. We can seat up to 35 people in our main room (pictured above). We have beautiful views of the World Trade Center, the Queen Mary, and the harbor area.

All conference rooms come with full amenities, including beverages. Upon request, we will also provide wired and wireless (Bluetooth and 54G) internet, fax, LCD projector, Elmo document camera, Polycom speakerphone, scan converter (Visual Concert), projection screen, markup board, and VCR for recording, playback or both.

	Conference room 1 seats 6 to 8. Convenient for use as a smaller meeting room. Extremely quiet and private.
	Conference room 2 seats 4 to 6. Adjacent to the large conference room, this room is very popular as a "meet and confer" area for large arbitration/mediation functions.
	Conference room 3 seats 17 to 35. Our showcase large conference room is perfect for those occasions when only the most impressive surroundings are acceptable.
	Conference room 4 seats 6 to 8. Situated at the southwest corner of the building, it is bright, upbeat and spacious. Commanding a sweeping view of the harbor, it is the perfect power meeting room.
	Conference room 5 seats 6 to 8. With views of the shoreline, the Queen Mary, the New Pike, and the Long Beach Convention Center, it has the right environment for conducting serious business.

We are in close proximity to fine hotels (Hyatt, Westin, Marriott, Ramada Renaissance) and numerous restaurants (La Opera, The Madison, Alegria, King's Fish House, Wasabi Sushi and Teppan, Hooters, 555, Sky Room, and many others) in the heart of downtown Long Beach. We are also next door to the main branch of the public library and City Hall. We are minutes from the Long Beach Aquarium, the Queen Mary, and Shoreline Village.

Cameras: Polycom Viewstation FX, with an additional Sony EVI-D100 camera provides two camera views. The integrated remote permits instant view switching, and camera selections can be performed with a remote. Click here to return to top of page.
	Monitors: Dual 32" Panasonic monitors with picture-in-picture provide clear picture and sound. Click here to return to top of page.
Document camera: Elmo HV7000-SX provides excellent picture quality even at high magnification, and may be controlled with a mouse or remote. Click here to return to top of page.
	Polycom Visual Concert: Provides a full multimedia connection from the Viewstation to a computer, and transmits images and sound to the other endpoints in the conference. Click here to return to top of page.
